Obviously, this JERK, Dave Johnson is
"going BONKERS" over trying to come up
with a way on how to scare people from
discovering that they can file an IRS 1040
(or CRA T1) and ALWAYS have $0.00
TAX OWING.

And, worst of all, (to him and his string pullers),
the method can be found, and is totally FREE

You can file an IRS 1040 claiming a billion-dollar refund, too.
That doesn't mean it will happen.

Except for interest, penalties, the original tax due, and possible
criminal fines for filing this way.
