I bought a little house with cash and made repairs on it. I use half
of it for business.

Questions:

1) Can I write the entire house off?

2) Can I just write the part of the house that I use for business?

3) Over how many years or can I write it off all in one year? (House
costs me 15.000, repairs 6000,--)

4) I made repairs to the house. Can I write the repairs off for the
entire house, all the 6000,--?

5) Or can I just write off the repairs to the business part of the
house?

6) Can I write the repairs off in one year or over many years?

7) Or do I have to write the repairs off over 39 years?

Cool I had to move because this place is better to make business.

9) Can I write just the moving costs of business furnitures off or
also my private stuff that I also moved?

Please help me to get over my headaches. There is so much IRS stuff on
the net and I find always stuff that does not really answer my
questions.

Thanks in advance!

I wish there would be a deduction for writing off headaches that one
gets by doing my taxes!

With all these questions, you should get professional help (tax and maybe
otherwise - if you're overwhelmed).
