Post subject: 2008 Capital Gains
Is it true that people in the 15% or lower tax bracket will not be taxed on
long-term capital gains? Thanks in advance.

Yes, for income in that range. Once capital gains or other
income puts you in a bracket above 15%, the LT gains rate is
15%.
